Obituary for Audrey Waechter
Audrey Ann Waechter (nee Hehn), of Mildmay passed away at Brucelea Haven, Walkerton on Friday, May 13, 2022 at the age of 83.
Loving mother of Karen (Gary) Voisin of Walkerton, Doug (Wendy) Waechter and Dave (Heather) Waechter, all of Mildmay and Tracy (Pat) Kroeplin of Everett. Cherished grandmother of Curtis, Jeremy, Brooke, Brett, Ashley, Jillian, Jessica, Josh, Ryan and Alicia and great-grandmother of five. Dear sister of Francis Hehn of Kitchener, Mike (Bertha) Hehn and Jim (Shirley) Hehn, all of St. Clements and Marg (Doug) Weber of Waterloo; sister-in-law of Rita Hehn of Kitchener. She will be fondly remembered by the Waechter family.
Audrey was predeceased by her husband Melvyn; brother Sylvester Hehn, sisters Agnes (Alvin) Kieswetter and Mary Hehn; sister-in-law Doreen Hehn and parents Isadore and Florentine (nee Schnurr) Hehn.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cameron’s, Walkerton.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, Formosa. Fr. Paul Edmondstone officiating.
Interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Mildmay.
