Obituary for Sam MacDonald

Sam MacDonald, of Walkerton, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019 at the age of 70.

Beloved husband of Ann (nee Brundritt). Loving father of Pat (Alesha) of Walkerton, Ian (Alexandra) of Toronto and Lisa (Rand Kirkorian) of Neustadt. Cherished Papa of Emersyn, Peyton, Prestyn, Rowynn, Dylan, Haven and Rhylan. Dear brother-in-law of Susan Brundritt of Walkerton and Jacky (Hap) Schmitt of Walkerton. Also missed by many nieces and nephews and remembered by Neil's second wife Marlene MacDonald of Walkerton.

Sam was predeceased by his brothers Dennis and Grant; parents Neil and Lydia (nee Weidendorf) MacDonald and parents-in-law Tubby and Dorothy Schmalz.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, May 17, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Cameron Funeral Home, Walkerton (1106 Yonge Street).

A Celebration of Sam's life will be announced at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Walkerton & District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Cards available at the funeral home (519-881-1273) Donations and condolences may also be made online at www.cameronfuneralhomes.com
