George Thomas Dobson, of Walkerton, passed away at the Walkerton Hospital on Tuesday, December 18, 2019 at the age of 71.

Beloved husband of Sharon (nee Vaughan). Loving father of Rob of Walkerton, Roy (Sarah) of Teeswater, Ryan (Sarah) of Lucan and Rodney of Walkerton. Cherished grandfather of Savannah, Delia, Felicity, Royce and Hazel. Dear brother of David Dobson of Teeswater, Thelma McIntyre of Benmiller, Bill Dobson of Peabody, Douglas (Linda) Dobson of Kitchener and Joyce Overholt of Peterburg.

George was predeceased by his sister Terri, brother-in-law Robert McIntyre and parents Roy and Alice (nee Hart) Dobson.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial service at St. Paul’s United Church, Walkerton (303 Jackson Street) on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. Rev. Cathy Paul officiating.
