Obituary for Clare William Schmidt
Clare William Schmidt, of Owen Sound and formerly of Walkerton, passed away at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Monday, January 25, 2021 at the age of 61.
Dear brother of Andy (Janice) of Greenock, Norman of Guelph, Geraldine Schmidt of Walkerton, Lorne (Debbie) of Cargill, Barb Hinsperger of Elmwood, Pat (Sheila) of Mildmay, Irene Eydt of Hanover, Dianne (Edwin) Jones of Nova Scotia, Jane (Ken) Coulson of Hanover, Don (Bobbi) of Walkerton and Jennifer (Dave) Bamber of Walkerton. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews.
Clare was predeceased by his brothers-in-law Alfred Schurter, Jerry Hinsperger and Larry Eydt and his parents Edward and Dorothy (nee Lang) Schmidt.
A graveside service will take place in the spring at Calvary Cemetery, Walkerton.
