Obituary for Donald Nicholas Hopf

Donald Nicholas Hopf, of Walkerton passed away at Brucelea Haven, Walkerton on Tuesday, January 29, 2019. He was 81.

Dear brother of Alfreida (Lloyd) Gutscher of Walkerton, Ron (Myrtle) of St. Thomas, George (Eileen) of Hanover, Pat (Wayne) Day of Bluevale, Marlene (Ron) Whitehead of Hanover, Dorothy (Clark) Fortune of Chesley, Jake (Carol) of Kettle & Stoney Point F.N. and Shirley (Roy) May of Mount Forest. Remembered by his many nieces and nephews.

Donald was predeceased by his sisters Jean Harron, Betty Lane and Caroline in infancy and parents Jacob and Loretta (nee Kirstine) Hopf .

Cremation has taken place.

Donny and my mother were together at Bruce Lea Haven and I always loved talking with him. He certainly tried to bring a jovial side to the home and often teased who ever was near by. I can just imagine what he would have been like as a brother. He will be missed.
