Obituary for Marion Williamson

(Emily) Marion Williamson (nee Huckle) formerly of Cargill and Hanover, passed away at Chapman House Hospice, Owen Sound, on Monday September 5, 2022, the day of her 87th birthday, with her daughters by her side. Loving mother of Margaret (Charles) Stark, Susan Weaver both of Southampton, and David (Sharon) Williamson of Pike Bay; grandmother of Grant, Jim, Bill, and Melissa Williamson, Sarah (Phil) Davidson, Greg (Julie) Stark, and Colleen (Tom) Pokorny; and great-grandmother of sixteen. Dear sister of Ralph (Shirley) Huckle of Hanover and Joan (Gerry) Popkey of High River, Alberta.
Marion was predeceased by her husband Edward Williamson, son Rodger, daughter-in-law Jean (Zettel), son-in-law Clifford Weaver, and great-grandson Jordan Williamson.
Cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date in the Walkerton Cemetery.
The overwhelming gratitude of our family for the loving care that she received goes to the nursing staff and doctors, support staff and volunteers of Chapman House who could not have been more kind and supportive to Mom and our family.
