Sad to hear of Brian's passing - I regret not having contacted him when in Windsor over the past years, although he has been in my thoughts. Officer Cadet Raper - HMCS Hunter was in the lower bunk while I occupied the upper during our 1st year training at HMCS Cornwallis in Nova Scotia during summer 1965 - he was always the guy that helped others, had an optimism while others were downcast. Too many stories to tell, but he is fondly remembered. Farwell Brian - Bill Powers, HMCS Scotian, Halifax, NS

We subscribe to the paper Brian put out with the Cargill name...I never could find anyone wearing a frown! He had a great gift for candid camera!

The flag at the Walkerton Legion was lowered to half-staff in remembrance of our long-time member and great supporter of our veterans. It was always interesting to read a story about another special veteran in Cargill Area News. My condolence to his family and friends. The "beautiful people" of Cargill And Area, and everyone that Brian knew, will be missing his contributions to our communities.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to Brian’s family. I will always remember from sacred heart and church. Always made people smile because he was smiling himself. Was the nicest guy I have ever met. I will greatly miss him.
