Obituary for Jean Marie Toth
Jean Marie Toth of Hanover passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2023, after a lengthy battle with cancer at age 85. Beloved wife of Steven for 64 years. She will me sadly missed by her son Patrick (Alma) of Peterborough and her dear grandchildren Patrick Jr. and Andrew.
Jean was born in Welland and grew up on a farm before moving to Toronto, where she worked at the Imperial Oil Company for several years. Shortly after meeting Steven, she returned to her farm roots for the next 47 years in the Walkerton area, and the later years in the Hanover area.
Jean was predeceased by her son, David.
Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held in the Walkerton Cemetery.
