John William Kirkwood of Hanover, formerly Priceville, passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021, at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham, at age 70. He will be missed by June, and was father to Melanie Kirkwood, stepfather to Candice Devost, Barbara (Paul Shelly) Schneider, and Angela (Ron) Adams. Grandfather to Riccardo and Selena, and step-grandfather to Sumer, Katelyn, and Kyle.
He will be missed by his siblings Jim (Evelyn) Kirkwood, Roy (Evelyn) Kirkwood, Robert (Claudette) Kirkwood, Margaret Godfrey, Jeanine (Perry), and Candice (Mike) Bakker.
John is predeceased by his son Brian, parents Roy and Florrie, and brother-in-law Larry Godfrey.
Cremation has taken place.
