Patricia Anne Moore, of Walkerton passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at the age of 83.
Loving mother of Terry (Glen) Gutscher of Mildmay, Lance (Joanne Lee) of Bereford, Ross (Karen) of Goderich and Lenny (Betty) of Hanover. Cherished grandmother of Nathan, Amanda, Tonya, Stefanie, Melissa and Matthew.
Pat was predeceased by her husband Len.
Cremation has taken place.
