Obituary for Paul Michael Opperman
Paul Michael Opperman passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, in his 72nd year at home in Pickering. Paul spent many years of his life as a stagecraft technician, working behind the performances of Phantom of the Opera, Jersey Boys, and many others at the Ed Mirvish Theatre in Toronto.
Paul will be remembered by his sisters, Mary Lou (Wayne) Batte of Formosa, Harriet (Merv) Reinhart of Mildmay, brother in-law Bill Kuntz of Formosa, and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Paul was predeceased by his parents Harry and Doris Opperman, and siblings David Opperman and Lois Kuntz.
Cremation has taken place and an interment at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Formosa, will be held in the spring. A gathering of family and friends to remember and celebrate Paul will be held at that time.
