Obituary

Obituary for Vera Leeson

Vera Arnetta Leeson (nee Grein) of Hanover passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Friday, May 1, 2020 at the age of 93.

She will be remembered by her sister-in-law Ruth Grein-Boxberger of Hanover and her many nieces and nephews.

Vera was predeceased by her husband Bill; sisters, Nelda in infancy, Erna (Clayton) Kupferschmidt, Doreen (Bruce) Sachs and Betty Grein; brothers, Harold (Hilda) Grein, Herb (Ruby) Grein, Norvay Grein, Arnold (Joy) Grein and Leonard Grein and her parents, Erwin and Catherine (nee Leudke) Grein.

A family service will be live-streamed for guests at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 4, 2020, at Cameron Funeral Home, Walkerton. Rev. Heather Spencer Stoltz officiating.

Interment in Eden Mills Cemetery, Guelph-Eramosa Township.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Ontario Lung Association, would be appreciated by the family. Cards available at the funeral home (519-881-1273) Donations and condolences may also be made online at www.cameronfuneralhomes.com

My deepest sympathy to Veras family at this time I knew Vera from her mail delivery days. I too delivered mail from the Listowel post office. We had many good visits she will be missed

We'll miss her...although we didn't see her very frequently we always looked forward to visiting with her and playing cards.
