Paul Herbert Zippel, of Walkerton, passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton on Friday, November 15, 2013. He was 57.

Paul will be remembered for his lifelong passion and commitment to hockey.

Survived by his wife Susanne Zippel (nee Brick) of Walkerton. Father of Jonathon (Erin Wood) Zippel of St. Paul's, Joanna (Johnathan) Bossy of London and Andy (Shannon Anderson) Zippel also of London. Grandfather of one grandchild, Gus. Son-in-law of Hilda Brick of Chepstow. Dear brother of James (Gail) Zippel of Elmira and their children Jeff, Erika and Lisa; Debbie (Dan) Brick of Walkerton and their children Jenni, Rachael & Luke and Mark (Kim) Zippel of Peterborough and their son Keith. Paul will be fondly remembered by his Aunt & Uncle Donna & Don Ahrens of Chesley as well as the entire Brick family.

Predeceased by his parents Herb & Marie (nee Haase) Zippel, step-mother Elsie (nee Card) Zippel and his father-in-law Wilfred Brick.

Friends may call at Cameron Funeral Home, 1106 Yonge Street S., Walkerton on Wednesday from 1-4 and 7-10 p.m. Parish prayers at 7 p.m. The Funeral Mass for Paul will be held at Sacred Heart Church in Walkerton on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 11 a.m. Rev. David Weise officiating.

Interment in Calvary Cemetery, Walkerton, Ontario.
