Life Story for Elsie Jean Mills Zippel (Card)
Elsie Jean Zippel (nee Card), of Walkerton, passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton on Monday, July 21, 2008 in her 74th year.
Beloved mother of Bonnie and Jack Dumoulin of London, Debi and Ken Coleman of Walkerton, Joyce and Larry Smith of Walkerton, Wayne and Holly Mills of Guelph and Krista and Mark Fish of Collingwood. Cherished grandmother of Jesse, Carissa, Katlyn, Robyn, Carly, Lauren, Nick, Alicia, Tyler and Dylan. Elsie will be missed by her step-children, Paul and Susanne Zippel of Walkerton, James and Gail Zippel of Elmira, Mark and Kim Zippel of Peterborough and Debbie and Dan Brick of Walkerton as well as ten step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandson. Dear sister of Norman (Amy) Card of Etobicoke and Donna Shelp of Kirkland Lake.
Elsie was predeceased by her first husband Melville Mills, second husband Herbert Zippel, sister Ella Nichols and parents Jesse and Hazel (Goddard) Card.
Visitation at Cameron Funeral Home, Walkerton, on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2008 at 11:00 am at St. Paul's United Church, Walkerton. Pastor Bob Johnston officiating
Interment in Walkerton Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the War Amps St. Paul's United Church would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
